Refunds and Returns
 
Refunds are made within 14 days of piece being returned. 
 
Returns are to be within 14 days. As each piece is made by hand, faults are rare but please contact Claire via email if you want to return an item. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return by special delivery and in original packaging.

Shipping
Jewellery will be posted within 2 days of purchase and are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery (with signature required on arrival)

All deliveries within the UK are free of charge.

A tracking number will be sent to you when the item is posted.

Items which are in stock will usually take 2-5 days to arrive. Any items made to order, if not in stock, will take 3-5 weeks to arrive. 

Hand delivery can be made within a radius of 15km of BT16, please contact Claire by email about this. 
International shipping costs £10.
